ELOPEMENTS
Your Elopement. Your Way.
No guest lists. No seating charts. No pressure. Just a day designed entirely around your love story.
Whether you've always known a big wedding wasn't your vibe, or you're choosing something more intentional and intimate — you're in exactly the right place. An elopement lets you focus on what actually matters: each other.
We're your photographers, your guides, and your biggest cheerleaders. We recommend our favorite vendors, Officiants & Florists. We can assist with the details — assist in location research, and permits — so all you have to do is show up and be present..
Be Present and beautiful moments will naturally unfold
Whether you're coming from London, Sydney, Toronto, or New York — California is worth the flight. The coastline. The desert. The redwoods. The golden light. There's a reason couples travel from across the world to say their vows here, and I've spent over a decade learning exactly how to make that experience seamless for couples who are planning from far away.
I handle the logistics you can't manage from a distance — location scouting, permit navigation, timeline planning, and vendor coordination — so you arrive, exhale, and simply enjoy the day you came here for.
California marriage licenses are available to non-US citizens and non-residents with no waiting period. I'll walk you through exactly what you need.

For Couples Traveling to California
It's time to go big on you.
Maybe you knew from the start that a grand wedding day wasn't your vibe. Guess what? You're not alone, and you're in exactly the right place. This isn't about ditching tradition for the sake of it; it's about courageously carving out a path that’s truly, authentically yours. It's about breaking free from expectations and making your unique love story the absolute centerpiece of your commitment.
We’re so excited that you’re here and ready to embrace an elopement that’s authentically you. Without the stress of guest lists, seating charts, and venue limitations, an elopement allows you to focus entirely on your love story — no compromises, just a day designed for you.
Whether your elopement is in a few months or planned years in advance, there’s no right or wrong timeline — what matters is that it reflects your journey together. With so many possibilities, it can feel overwhelming to know where to start. That’s where we step in.
As your dedicated elopement photographers and guides, we transform those possibilities into a stress-free, well-planned day that feels completely you. From quiet, emotional moments to adventurous, fun-filled experiences, we make sure your day is captured in a way you will truly remember.

Frequently Asked Questions
Pricing & Logistics
-
Travel is built into the price — there’s never a surprise add-on. Anywhere in Southern California (Riverside, San Diego, Orange County, LA, and within SoCal) has no travel fee at all. For destinations further out — Yosemite, Big Sur, Lake Tahoe, and beyond — travel is already built into that destination’s flat-rate pricing.
-
Every tier includes your photographer, a full gallery, medium format film + digital images, mini Polaroids, location guidance, a pre-wedding planning call, and a sneak peek within 5 days. An officiant and florals aren’t included in the base price — if you’d like those handled too, the $1,500 all-inclusive add-on bundles a licensed officiant (who’ll help you write your vows), a day-of coordinating assistant, and a fresh bouquet + boutonniere. Already have an officiant or florist you love? Book the base price and use your own — I’m also happy to share trusted local recommendations either way.

California marriage licenses are available to non-residents and non-U.S. citizens, with no waiting period — you can get your license and get married the same day. I’ll walk you through exactly what to bring and where to go once you book.
-
I keep an eye on conditions in the days leading up to your elopement and will talk through backup options with you for your specific location if needed — you won’t be left figuring it out alone.
-
Some public lands and parks require a permit depending on the location and group size. Location scouting and permit guidance are part of your pre-wedding planning call, so we can assist you with the regulations and research.

A $1,000 or 50% retainer (whichever is less) is due at booking, with two easy installments to follow. Everything runs through our fully online system.
Adventure is Relative
-
Not at all. Adventure is relative — some couples want a 6-mile sunrise hike, and some want to stand at the base of giant sequoias and call it a day. Both are real adventures. I’ll always ask about your comfort level and build the day around it, not the other way around.
-
Presence counts. Watching the light hit Half Dome, standing in the quiet of Joshua Tree at dawn, walking among the world’s largest trees in Kings Canyon — none of that requires miles logged or altitude gained. The adventure is being there, together, fully in it.
-
No — it’s for couples who want their day to feel meaningful and a little wild, on their own terms. Some of my favorite elopements involved a short walk and a long, unhurried morning. You don’t have to earn the day; you just have to show up for it.
