What’s Actually Included in an All-Inclusive Elopement Package in Southern California
Southern California Elopement Photographer | Officiant + Florals + Full Team
"All-inclusive" gets used loosely in the wedding industry, so before you book anything, here's exactly what it means when I offer it — no vague language, no surprises when you actually see the contract.
I built this option for one specific kind of couple: the ones who want their day to feel simple to plan, but fully experienced when they're actually living it. I offer something in between — small, intentional, and completely taken care of.
What "all-inclusive" actually adds to my Southern California Packages
My all-inclusive add-on (+$1,500 on top of either coverage tier) brings in:
A licensed officiant+ Coordinator — someone who shows up prepared, knows how to read a room, and will perform a custom ceremony that feels like you., she is also an extra set of hands on your wedding day, manages small logistics (parking, permit information, and assistance, the little things that eat your mental energy), and generally means you and your partner aren't the ones solving problems in your wedding clothes.
Fresh bouquet + boutonniere — real, seasonal florals, with yoru color palette & style choice not a pre-determined design you had to order online and hope arrives intact.
Me and my team behind the camera — hybrid film and digital coverage, and my husband Demetris as my assistant, or our video guy when your day calls for it.
That's the whole list. Everything is vetted, everything is people I've worked with before and trust, and everything is coordinated. So on the day, you're not the one holding it all together.
Why I built it this way
I hear a version of the same thing from almost every couple who reaches out about eloping: we want it to feel real and meaningful, we just don't want to plan a whole wedding to get there.
That's the entire premise behind this package. You shouldn't have to choose between "simple" and "fully experienced." A small day can still have a real officiant who knows your names before the ceremony starts, real flowers in your hands, and a team that's thought through the logistics so you don't have to. Simple is about the guest list and the planning burden — not about how much care goes into the day itself.
What it looks like without the add-on
To be clear — you don't need the all-inclusive add-on to work with me. Plenty of couples already have an officiant lined up (a friend, a family member, someone they found on their own) or want to DIY their own florals, and either of my coverage tiers works completely on their own:
The Love Letter — $1,600 2 hours of coverage, anywhere in Southern California, hybrid film + digital, mini Polaroid prints, full gallery with print rights, sneak peek within 5 days.
The Long Way Home — $2,400 3 hours of coverage, anywhere in Southern California, hybrid film + digital, full gallery with print rights.
Elopement Highlight Film — +$800 A 3–5 minute cinematic film plus your full ceremony clip, addable to either tier.
All-Inclusive add-on — +$1,500 Officiant, coordinating assistant, and fresh bouquet + boutonniere, addable to either tier.
Who this is actually for
Couples who've decided a big wedding isn't the right shape for their relationship, but still want the day to feel like a day — with real vendors, real coordination, and nothing DIY'd at the last minute because there wasn't time. Couples planning from out of state or out of the country, who need vendors who already know how to work together instead of introducing strangers on the wedding day. Couples who are simply tired of decision fatigue and want one point of contact instead of five.
If that's you, this is worth a conversation.
