12:00–12:30 | The Grand Arrival (Sunkist Center): welcome + live strings + signature citrus refreshments + styled vignettes
12:30–1:00 | The Parade of Acts: stroll the “Citrus Promenade” with styled vendor moments + entertainment
1:00–1:30 | Featured Performances (Outdoor Lawn): festive entrance, mariachi, and a mock ceremony reveal
1:30–2:00 | Intermission (Reception Tent): grazing + passed bites + lounge seating + raffle drawings begin
